I would appreciate this feature, too, because I often select quoted text to copy into the clipboard.
With the cursor after the first quotation mark I hold down ctrl+shift and press the cursor right button: I don't get the text between the quotation marks but also the following characters. For example with: [color=red]...name="anyText" type=...[/color] the selection is: >[color=red]anyText" [/color]< This works if I double-click the text with the left mouse button.
