WinSCP is a nice program, indeed. But as far as I can see it's no solution to the problem posted by NormalGuy because what he asked for is FTP via SSL and what WinSCP supports is exclusively transfer protocols according to SSH! File transfer with SSH (not SSL!) is unfortunately called SFTP, although it has nothing to do with common FTP nor with common FTP's secure version FTPS(=FTP via SSL). So we have to distinguish SFTP (SSH) and FTPS (SSL). As most webspace offers feature common FTP upload but most of them don't support SSH, WinSCP can't be a solution. We simply need PSPad to support the secure version of common FTP.
