This is not as expected. Expected behaviour is, that the last work state is always restored, if I open PSPad with or without a file in command line. Imagine this scenario: I work with files x y and z and close PSPad. Later I want to edit file a, so I press F4 in my favourite file explorer and a is opened (x y and z are gone). Files b and c are also opened with F4. After closing PSPad I want to work on with files a b and c later, so I reopen PSPad: but x y and z are restored. This problem will be gone if the last work state is always restored: Then after pressing F4 PSPad will restore x, y and z and load a. After opening b and c and closing PSPad and later reopen, x,y,z,a,b and c are reopened, no file is gone!
