".php has never been a problem. Just open the files and save them to ftp."
I think I'm still having mindset issues from my old perspective. Typically, I have several servers open at one time - editing files on each. With the save to ftp, I was confused - save to which FTP?, since PSPad seems to allow editing files on multiple servers and when I have a new file "Save to FTP" seems to bring up the dialog box for my local PC. (Saving remote files seems to work fine to the appropriate server.) I feel a little bit like a kid outside of a candy store, where can't touch the candy through the windows. There is a tab for FTP which lists files on my servers in a very slick fashion (appears to be each server, but maybe it is just doing it one at a time?) and a tab for exploring local files. Keep thinking one of the tabs should be in the right-hand pain so we can copy between them. I guess PSPad does not let us do the pane to pane transfer - too bad - after editing files on our servers, don't others backup the changed files to our local PCs? -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,34482,34595> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
