With PSPad ver. 2240 + Windows XP SP2 ver. Chinese Triditional I also noticed that the gutter font didn't change as [Format]->[Font] changes until quit PSPad and restart it.
However, the font size didn't change and it looks as if fixed to 8pt. I tried to set font size in [Format]->[Font] as 8pt, and the ruler aligned precisely in this setting. However, if the overall font could be larger with precisely ruler, it would be such a wonderful thing.
