When I run pspad.exe and pspad.exe is not running it loads all the files from the command line fine.
However with pspad.exe already running with a new text file pspad.exe now opens the file pspad.exe (in binary mode), another "new1.txt" and the file I specified. example: "c:\program files\pspad editor\pspad.exe" mytextfile.txt PSPad is _NOT_ on my path.
