How to reproduce: Enter Column selection mode Select first tab, the space and second tab Press Delete Because tab is set to two chars (default) and I use real tabs, characters 'a' from first line and 'b' from second line are vertically aligned. After deletion 'a' is also deleted, which was not my intention. Bug idea (?) Column selection require the same number of characters for each line in block, and it simply count chars from the last line.
