I personally think we're getting a little off topic here.
We are talking about an editor; a text editor. Which you want to turn into
FTP/SFTP/SSH file manager. Do you know how many secure standarts are there? If
we go this road, eventually someone will say "I want to have AS2 supported,
because the server I'm working for the next three days requires it. As we have
ssh, we SHOULD have as2!". Eventually PSPad will transform from a very good and
fast text editor, to icq/www/IDE/movie watching/eggs cooking ****.
I still don't see your problem of setting it as the editor of your favorite
program for file management, be it WinSCP, TotalCommander or whatever you like.
That's the main idea of software - something which is doing its work, and only
it. Otherwise it will just turn into Windows ;-)
Just my 2 cents, no hardfeelings guys B-]

I agree, I don't want next Eclipse for on-line CSS file editing or smth.
I also need SFTP support but I think it should be provided as separate plugin.
