I think, i've noticed the following behaviour first in build 2246: if I start PSPAD it opens with my default project several files. But at the first time there is no bar visible with the tabs of these files. I've to open an additional file and then this bar is visible (with all open files). I've checked it with an older version(4.5.1) in the same folder, and there it's still ok so I don't think, that it is a problem with my configuration.
