I see. I did a little experimenting, and watched the behaviour of both versions. Here is the result, whether the spacing changes when bold is included in the highlighter settings:
*Andale Mono, Courier, Fixedsys, Lucida Console, Terminal*: Spacing changes in 4.5.1 - doesn't change in 4.5.3, but spacing is too wide. *Courier New*: both PSPad versions dont change the spacing, but when 9pt size is chosen, the height changes to 10pt when bold is included! *Lucida Sans Typewriter*: this one is correct in both PSPad versions. The spacing is correct even wihout bold font.
