No, that command hides the project window. The Files List appears attached to the left side of the main window. It can be torn off as a separate window, but as far as I can tell, there is no way to make it go away. If you tear it off and click the go-away box, it will reappear when the program starts as a torn-off window right in the middle of the screen. On machines with limited screen space, it would be nice if this feature could be turned off somewhow. It would be sufficient if the program remembered that the window has been torn off and hidden so it remains invisible upon restart.
