I got this file from Hans Ericson I hope is should be usefull for all translators.
For your reference here is a link to the languages supported by Windows: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms776260.aspx So if you look at that the needed Codepage for Azeri is either 1251 (Cyrillic) or 1254 (Latin) and it should be translatable with: " [Common] DefaultCharset=204 DefaultFont=MS Shell Dlg" in "Azeri.ini" just like Russian.ini and Ukrainian.ini,so UTF8 should not be needed ...
