I agree with Daniel. I'm getting tired of waiting for a TextPad update but there's always something about every other editor that I look at which puts me off. Modal Search/Replace dialogs is a deal-breaker for me, and I don't see any valid reason to have them (except that it makes programming slightly easier, but only very, very slightly).
