I know exactly what you are referring to. If you ever used Visual Studio, you would easily get hooked on the Navigate.Forward and Navigate.Backward shortcuts, especially when you have a 5 button mouse. It makes it very quick when you are in one file and for example you copy a piece of text and now you want to go back to wherever you just were to paste it. Hitting the mouse back/forward buttons makes this so much easier. It comes in handy when you use the quick "go to declaration", etc. to jump around since it brings you right back to where you were.
