I don't know if this trick still works, but I used to do this back in college to print out Word documents on shared systems which did not have the font I wanted to use installed.
I would simply keep a copy of the font on my floppy disk and before opening the Word document, I would double click on the TTF file so that the preview window would show up. Leaving this window open, my fonts would appear to Word. After printing my document, I would close the preview window and the font would not longer be available. It's a bit of a pain to have to open the font like that first, should it work, but it might be a solution for you there.
