Hi, PSPad doesn't negative lookahead assertion in regular expressions (?!...)
If your "Test" is in all cases a normal string (with no metacharacters), you may
modify the following approach:

or you could try (at your own risk) my javascript for regexp search and replace
(supports lookaheads but not lookbehinds)

\b(?:(?!Test)\w)+\b

i.e.
/\b(?:(?!Test)\w)+\b/g
in the script.
