When PSPad is maximalized in windows vista right border of PSPad subwindows (opened files) isn't maximized fully at right border of viewport.
If PSPad is not maximized the behavior comes as we expect (is ok). Screenshot available at http://www.nstar.cz/pspad.jpg I have latest updates available on vista, and graphics card is NVidia Go 7600, but i think that it have nothing to do with it.
