I believe the /m modifier was left there unintentionally when copying from some regexp manual? Anyway it would be a nice option, i have seen in other applications a checkbox for this functionality saying: "Dot matches newlines". I think there is no way to do multiline matches with pspad at the moment, correct me if i am wrong :-)
