Bug / Bad feature:

When starting PsPad, it should check it is being drawn totally outside current
desktop area.

Example:
I had 2 monitors on my computer, desktop being extended on the second monitor. I
had edited some files with pspad on the secondary monitor. Later I had to remove
the monitor. When I started PsPad, it started up in same position it was closed
at. Just that the position is no longer accessible, because I don't have extra
monitor.
Tried task manager, selecting couple of applications and selecting "cascade". No
effect on PsPad (Bug?). Same with Tile.

Solved the problem by using notepad to edit pspad.ini
Under [FilePos], changed Left=1820 to 120.

So my suggestions:
- When starting up, check if FilePos->Left greater than current desktop width.
If so, reset the value to 0.
(I guess same should be done with Top)
- Make PsPad to react on Tile or Cascade requests.
- Add "Move" option when right clicking PsPad on task bar.

This problem is reproduceable using 4.5.2. (2241)
