Thanks for your answer. That's what I see too ... But the fact that only opening with internal ftp looses the UNIX file type (I tested the transfert of files with another ftp without any problem and pspad is able to open local UNIX files correctly) makes me think that there is probably a bug in the ftp part of pspad.
