Most often, though, there is a bunch of junk in the directory that
I don't want added to the project so I usually just add them as I create them.

There have been discussions on this topic before. PSPad's project folders do not
try to mirror file system folders, they are just a way to organize stuff. Much
like Steve, I like the projects the way they are. But in many cases, on the
other hand, I would like to have some way to update files based on the "real"
folders on the hard disk. It's sort of a conundrum. I don't know how this can be
done in a simple and user-friendly way.
