Great suggestions, Stefan! :-D Separating script files from related documentation, et al. can get messy, even when organized into a project. (That is to say, I prefer to have everything script-related in the directory housing the script, or even a subdir therein). As it stands now, PSPad attempts to compile every file in the script folder irrespective of file extensions.
Script compile errors do not identify themselves. PSPad was compiling a read.me file in my script folder and throwing an error that appeared to indicate an actual script file (.js) error, rather than an error thrown by compiling a text document in the script dir. I will bet that a dedicated script forum would provide a diverse collection of "how to" examples and discussions, thereby encouraging others to build atop existing scripts and furthering PSPad’s community-designed feature set. -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,40608,40609> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
