For further description of the File look here: http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,40224,40939 Note that the "Windows Scripting Host" is needed by the script (Standard: installed on Win98 and above).
If you still get problems let me know what Windows Version and what PSPad Version you're using, where your Projectfile is located, what Paths have to be searched for projectexplorer entries and if you use one of the advanced features to search in more than one Folder or with a FileFilter.
