Sorry for my expression,I don't mean decompressing the *.tar.gz by pspad. Normally double click *.tar.gz file, the winrar/winzip application will open it in a window(not direct extracting). You can drag and pull one file from winrar/winzip's main window, then put it on notepad. However the operation doesn't work with pspad if the file is *.tar.gz, and the *.zip file works fine. See the difference might be it's twice compressed.
