I have built for my own use a portable version which installs either stand-alone
or under PortableApps Menu (http://portableapps.com/) on any USB key, as well as
one which is U3 Smart Drive compliant.

No problem to make it public, if the author of PSPad agrees! But have no web
space where to post it.
