I don't have a problem with INI files, but from system perspective, it does not make sense: HTML support is embedded feature, why should not be its configuration embedded as well? :-O -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- embedded or not... as long it's configurable by user. Using the ini for customising the configuration of such settings would help Jan to have no need to make an GUI/Front end for this. I mean PSPad could just use lean default setting... ... if no settings are set by user in the ini. So the user can decide what he need and what will fit to his computer/Time. Otherwise Jan will hard code this settings in the PSPad.exe as before and the user can not modify it or Jan have to effort work into an Front end for this configuration.
