Well the HTML Multihighlighter and the HTML highlighter don't highlight the starting the the ending tags of the fieldset and legend, i don't know if this is a bug, but it would be helpfull if pspad would hightlight in blue color the starting and end tags like it does with the div, form, table and all other tags.
