Ok,I work with three charsets(gb2312,shift-jis and big5),my OS's ansi charset is shift-jis. when I open the gb2312 file,it looks chaos. so I want to write some script to read gb2312 file in shift-jis environment,some else editor can change the charset,I want to add the feature into pspad,thank you very much!
