You can download PSPad in cab archive (e.g. pspad452en.cab) and unpack it with subfolders to any drive. It is portable with default settings.
OR If you prefer making portable already installed PSPad, then uncheck [b]Multi User Environment[/b] in _Settings / Program settings / System integration_ and copy content of folder where it was installed (e.g. "C:\Program Files\PSPad editor\") to any folder in any disk. P.S. In any case PSPad still writes some unimportant data to registry.
