Apparently you registered PSPad as default editor for some files, namely .reg (registry) and .bat (batch) files. The assumption of the Ad-aware devs seems to be that having anything other than notepad as default app for this is sort of a vulnerability. Sometimes I tend to think that these paranoid "malware" scanners are part of the problem, not the solution.
