Hi guys, First, thanks for PSPad, it's a dream for editing across ftp! B-]
Ok, this isn't a question about "Save to FTP" not saving to the proper location - I've seen enough of those in the forum! Scenario: I want to open a file, edit it, and save it in a different directory, all across FTP. 1. Open a file from FTP 2. make some changes 3. change ftp directory 4. click "Save to FTP". This saves the file in the current directory, using the existing file name. 5. Make some more changes. 6. Click save.... Now what happens, is the changes are saved to the ORIGINAL FILE, not the one I just "Saved to FTP". Is this expected behaviour? if not, is there any chance you can change it? It means that if I want to keep editing my new file, I have to close the one I have been editing, and open the one I have just saved. I guess this is not much of a problem if you don't use FTP that much, but I use PSPad because of the FTP. cheers. phil -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,43528,43528> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
