Hi I have recently begun using PSpad after previosuly being a TextPad user. I am getting along fairly well with the program, but there is one feature which is really bugging me that I cannot seem to avoid.
I type all of my HTML, PHP, and sometimes even VBScript (when nothing else is available on a server but ASP!) by hand, but PSpad is causing me grief when it decides to input text for me. Usually, this happens when I am happily typing away comments into my code holding the shift key to make the comments appear in caps. I have been trying to remember a particular word that always gets inputted as a sort of function within the program, but wouldn't you know it, I can't remember many! One example which does spring to mind is the word 'value'. When typing this, the program replaces it with the word value in lowercase and then the cursor sticks after the word. With other words, it even brings up a popup box to put the function information in! I do not want PSpad to guess what I am typing, I am quite happy typing myself. Is there any way to shut this feature off as I keep having to half type a word then stop then type the other half, or if I do not realise, then I end up typing my comments into a function popup instead of into my document?
