I notice the original convertor file was missing a lot of char's, so i decided to complete. It's not full complete :( but I'm did my best to make it work with: Czech, Slovenian, Greek, Polish, Romanian, Cyrillic, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese and other special ascii. Doesn't convert things like < > = + %, because it may broke links/script codes in a html file.
