You should be able to move PSPads window even when it's off the screen using it's system menu (menu of the application icon in the title bar): In every windows application, you can press ALT+SPACE to activate the system menu that allows you to move, close, resize etc. any window:
1. start PSPad 2. press ALT+SPACE 3. Press the key for 'move' (I have a german windows, so here it is 'v', you should check e.g. explorer's system menu on your system for the approppriate shortcut). after that, keep pressing CURSOR LEFT until the window appears.
