I would like to open up this matter again since I am having the same problem.
Since PSPad at the moment opens up on the non-existing secondary monitor to the right, I have no way to change the settings described above (and if I understand the feature correctly, I would probably not like to have it active all the time). Solutions: As suggested in the first post, PSPad should check the current size of the desktop upon startup. -and/or- Enable the standard Move Window feature (usually available by right-clicking tasks in the taskbar). There is no reason for having it disabled, is there?
