Again. PSPad uses DLL for Explorer integration. Only admin can registr DLL. There is no hack, because standard user has no rights to write into HKLM in registry.
There is a way how to do it without DLL - registr pspad for * in HKCU\Classes. It allows you open any file with PSPad. This solutin was in the past. But was changed because: 1. In some cases Explorer open file in PSpad instead associated application 2. If you select more files and open it in the PSPad, there was a problem with Paths.
