Umlauts[/url] I think, I have found the circumstances:
If I load an exixting TXT-file, the UTF-8 "boom" (identbytes) are obviously not
set, if the file has not. The only workaround is creating a really new file
("save as" does not fix) and save this. Then the content is recognized by other
editors correct. Otherwise the German umlauts are replaced by whatever.
I tried this in 2320. If required, please, ask for sample files.
