I have been using PSPad for some years and love it. The one thing I would love
to see is some kind of construct highlighting when editing.
Example: {} are the highlighting characters (these could be changed for other
characters or colouring could be used).
([color=#0000FF]If [/color]x = y [color=#0000FF]Then[/color]
[color=#0000FF]echo[/color] X and Y are the same
[color=#0000FF]End if[/color])
Obviously the highlighting would move as the cursor moved. And, where nesting
occurs, it would need to highlight inner constructs in preference to the outer
one though if it was easier to highlight inner and outer that would be fine.
If this already exists then please let me know as I have not been able to find
any mention of it.
I use Batch, VBScript and HTML.
