I found this thread as I was looking for the option to have multiple help files.
In my case, I use the "SQL" highlighter for both MySql and Ms SQL Server and both have their own CHM file. If I could have multipel "SQL" highlighters or have multiple CHM files per highlighter or one foreach "SQL dialect"... that would be awesome... I wonder if this feature ever got implemented...
