Unfortunately, declared perl script support doesn't work at all. I have installed from activestate.com and properly configured perlscript support fo WSH, and moreover, got it working in another editor, which supports WSH active scripting - Syn http://sourceforge.net/projects/syn/ but in PSPad I got "Support for "PerlScript" active scripting not found" message.
I found following threads in this forum: http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,16262 http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,19325 It seems that developer didn't realize that the problem is not in WSH/Perl configuration but in PSPad itself, and maybe didn't noticed this reply http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?2,19325,page=2#msg-44150 (at least leaved it unanswered). Maybe, jalopeura's investigation can help you? Or you can see how WSH support is implemented in Syn text editor, which has open sources and based on the same component, synedit. Perl scripting in Syn is working in a proper way. -- <http://forum.pspad.com/read.php?4,48159,48159> PSPad freeware editor http://www.pspad.com
