I opened it as it was sent to me I did not create nor save it again.. I also opened it in two other editors (RJTextEdit and NotePad++) and whilst they didn't display it correctly in UTF-8 (since it's not) they didn't mess up the way PSPad does. I mean open it with PSPad set to UTF-8 and then highlight the lines from 30 onwards and watch parts of the text change.
