Looking in the forums I can see a few places where people have complained about problems related to either VBScript or the FileSystemObject after installing PSPAD.
Here's another person experiencing problems: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg26350.html I have a perfectly clean virtual PC of Vista (used for testing... it is pristine). Before installing PSPAD these keys do not exist. After install PSPAD they exist. Perhaps PSPAD is not creating the keys directly... but something PSPAD is doing/initiating is causing these problems.
