Jan whilst you say mysql_query is a function from the MySQL library it should be added to the PHP function list. I mean people are only going to use it in a PHP script if they have MySQL support. Same with the functions that require GD such as imageline. You include these functions in the PHP clips so they should also be in the highlighter function list also.
