These mentioned cases are code-clips shortcuts, you'll have to remove them from
the template file.
Settings :: Edit clip definition file :: HTML (or whatever other file you need)
here you can delete the unneded shortcuts starting with *
After saving the template file (and possibly restarting PSPad, these shortcuts
should be updated.

Just make sure, you don't overwrite this modified file during the installation
of a new program version.

(In other cases the program shortcuts can be set in Settings :: Key Map)

In the help file, there is also a topic on using PSPad for HTML.

Please point me exactly where I have to change settings (exact lines which I
have to edit in 'code-clips shortcuts').
I did case insensitive search through files: 'HTML', 'XHMTL' and 'XHTML
multihighlighter' for phrases like 'alt', 'shift' or 'ctrl' but I couldn't find
anything related to my issue.

Ps: the point of my post is that earlier I read same
solution You get me now but of course it doesn't work for me.
And there is no unneeded shortcuts beginning with *
