Hi! I've only noticed since 15/09/09... Usually I do not have to edit .pl files on our system, mainly .php, .css and so... But I had to edit 3 .pl files and 2 of them where opened with 'OEM' charset... and ALL php/js/css/pl files are either ANSI or UTF-8 (the latter just for multi-language support).
