Running pspad "as administrator" helps. No error "...Install WSH with requested language..." is displaied in this case. But running PSPad "as administrator" shows more problems...I don't know if this is Win7 problem or PSPad. Saving a file takes 5 seconds, subst drives are not shown tool panel. :(
