Hello Jan, I used a older version of ED to modify programs in Cobol, until I found Pspad, that makes easy my job. ED has one facility that Pspad does not contemplate (or I can’t configurate): To mark in the left border the line that has been modified, respect to the file initially opened. It would be a very useful option, mainly in archives with great of lines, common in Cobol programs.
