Can not save .PRC file correctly [51732]

text file with extension.PRC will been saved as some special format which only
PSpad can recognize.
for example, I saved a file name "1.PRC" with only one row:

abcedef

if you open it with PSPad it looks OK,
but if you open it with any other text Editor, it shows
