i thought i understood the instructions but it did not work. first i copy/paste as text then went to edit and click join lines worked fine. This is where the trouble started. i went to search/replace click on backward/regular expressions then i put in Replace=(\d+) in find i put \n$1---it did not work per your instruction. would changing to html help? i got all the words on one line now all i got to do is get the numbered sentences like this 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 any ideas?
