I'm able to assign a color to spaces, tabs and newlines, but it works in a
strange manner.
Initial spaces are colored with the right color, afterwards the color is the
same of the previous "object", then inside a string it takes the color of the
string; after a red colored keyword, spaces become red and so on. Only the final
newline has got the right color, but just if it not follows a comment :-/

IMHO nonprintable characters should have just one color, the one I selected in
color options.

What's wrong? Is it a bug?

PS: I'm working with a PL/SQL file using Oracle SQL syntax highlighting, with
other languages it happens again but with different symptoms.
